We are a state licensed business, bonded and fully insured! About the
Owner.
Mark Lee, owner, has HVAC in his blood. Introduced to him by his father Lucious "Seaboard" Lee, Mark has over 30 years of experience learning the ins and outs of heating and cooling before he even finished his degree. Mark worked in HVAC for years and then stared his own successful business. Along with his business, He also is a HVAC instructor at Piedmont Technical College in Greenwood SC. He has his mechanical, and residential license, along with his business license. He is a family oriented, Christian man, striving and put God first for his wife, two daughters, granddaughter and three bonus children.
